Shipping & Returns
Each piece is carefully packed by hand and shipped from our studio in Turkey.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey via DHL Express or equivalent international courier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in the destination country. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Every object is wrapped in archival tissue and packed in a rigid double-walled box with custom inlays. We use no plastic in our packaging — all materials are recyclable or compostable.
For particularly fragile or large pieces, we work with specialist art couriers and will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please check with your local customs authority for guidance before ordering.
Returns
Because each object is handmade and unique, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or claim, email us at hello@monoaurel.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable.
